I'm very disappointed about what was said about me considering I'm a very laid back person and have never caused a scene in my life .I can garuntee I will never refer anyone to westside due to your employee chris Michaels. More

Going to the dentist is usually more enjoyable than dealing with a car dealership and their staff, but Luther Westside Volkswagen exceed all my expectations and was by far the best car purchase experience I have ever had in 40 years, and that is no exaggeration. My sales consultant, Helton Cerqueira was personable, professional as well as extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and just fun to work with. He made sure all the details were explained and provided exemplary customer service. He ensured the vehicle was ready and all accessories were included. Tami Willet the manager stopped by and asked how things were going and talked with us about the dealership and their customer service philosophy. She appraised my trade even above what I was expecting. We finalized paperwork with Don Hiltunen and similarly to Helton and Tami he was very personable and professional. Very fair and competitive vehicle price as well as trade in appraisal and the personable, professional and customer service focus of the individuals my wife and I worked with was phenomenal. I am extremely pleased with this dealership and Helton Tami and Don. If you are in the market for a preowned vehicle I strongly recommend you stop by Luther Westside Volkswagen. I drove 236 miles to this dealership and I would not hesitate to do it again if I was in the market for another car. More

Certified pre-owned for 3 weeks and Electrical issue I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2014 VW Golf TDI from the Burnsville location about 3 weeks ago. I made a 11:30am appointment to look into I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2014 VW Golf TDI from the Burnsville location about 3 weeks ago. I made a 11:30am appointment to look into a check engine light. After waiting a hour and a half I was informed of my issue, and was told that it wouldn't be covered under your Luther warranty and it would cost me $415. I've owned the car for 3 weeks! I think this is unacceptable. Overall my experience was fine except for the long wait, but very disappointed that your company wouldn't cover the bill when I haven't even owned the car a month yet. It makes me question the "thorough inspection" done on these cars that you claim you do before selling them. I was thinking of buying a second TDI from you and I know $415 isn't a ton of money but it's enough for me to look elsewhere else for my next car. I don't have the names of the employees I worked with. More

I arrived on a Monday night at 5:45 pm and at first they didn't think they could get me through the Express Service, but they were able to squeeze me in and got the oil change and tire rotation done by 8 pm when they closed! There was a new service rep working and he had some troubles getting me in their system so another rep helped out and comp'ed me for the tire rotation because he felt bad I had to wait. All around, great experience working with the service reps! More
