We came in for emergency repairs on a used 13 Crosstrek with just over 200k miles. Having never been to the dealer before, did not know what to expect. They told us the would give us a loaner that day - e with just over 200k miles. Having never been to the dealer before, did not know what to expect. We "shopped" cars while waiting for the loaner and even though we had no intention of buying a car, we knew the cost of fixing it might not be worth it. Well the story ends with us buying a 2025 Outback 5 days later. Brittney was helpful and responsive, Debbie worked hard to get us in a new vehicle - and had patience with me when I changed the car in the 11th hour. Everyone we met was helpful, courteous, and had a smile. More

Layla was an excellent sales woman. She showed me all you had to offer that day and what you could offer for my 2020 Outback. This dealership experience was/is the BEST that I have ever encountered!!! I walked in to "look" at a Subaru but walked out buying it that very day!!! Everyone was very professional, welcoming and friendly; even the smallest request (may I have a bottle of water?) was immediately provided!!! In the Finance Department, although it was near the end of a long workday, the agent was very efficient and friendly; very personable! The Detail Team was tasked (late in the workday) to prep the Outback for immediate delivery and I/we were impressed with how quickly they cleaned the vehicle inside & out!!! If my encounter with these few individuals are any indication of the service I will receive....WOW!!! More

Both willingly go beyond "helpful" all the way to "incredible" in their efforts to satisfy the customer. I've already purchased two 2025 Crosstreks from Estevan and I'll definitely be back for more. You can't do better than Tucson Subaru, Estevan Rosas, and Sylvia Kountz if you're planning to buy a new car! More
