It was an entirely pleasant and easy experience to buy a Subaru at this dealership. Joe helped us procure a vehicle that was exactly what we had in mind, no mus, no fuss, lots of answers and demonstrations to our questions, and only one minor hassle (of no consequence). I discovered after the close a $200 overcharge and brought it to Joe's attention. He investigated and replied to me within 5 minutes with a pledge that the refund would be in the mail shortly. More
