Brought my Buick in for a software upgrade. I made an online appointment and brought it in for the upgrade. Mandal has a large service department and enough service writers to accommodate it. My service was supposed to take 30-40 minutes once they got it in the back. Overall I am pleased with the service department and the dealership. I waited just over 2 hours in their pleasant waiting area. More

Had an appointment for 10am but at 10:30 my CAR WAS IN A LINE THAT HADN'T MOVED. The service rep was totally non-caring. When i told her I had an appointment at 10 she said and what is the question. I took my 2019 Yukon in for an alignment and now it is making a "Thunk" noise when I make a left turn. I would like to have this remedied. Other than that, I have always had good experiences with Mandal making a "Thunk" noise when I make a left turn. I would like to have this remedied.
