Overall I usually have a good experience at Mandal but this time I had to wait 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change even after I had an appointment and showed up 30 minutes early. I’m usually satisfied with Buick service center but not this visit. The lady at the first service desk was taking a personal call on your cell phone. She never even acknowledged our presence and continued this visit. The lady at the first service desk was taking a personal call on your cell phone. She never even acknowledged our presence and continued on her personal call. I had to wait about 5-10 mins to wait on one of the other 3 or 4 gentlemen at the other desks to get off the phones. Finally one of them helped me and told me to go inside to pay where they had my sheet. We went in but she didn’t have it so had to go back out to get it. The guy brought it in to her (cashier) but the cashier said she couldn’t take off my coupon so again had to go back out to the service desks where still the lady at the first desk continued on her personal call and ignored us so had to wait another 5 mins for the other guy to get off his (work) call. I left very frustrated. Not only did I have to go back and forth between the service desk and cashier but had to wait a long time to get someone to acknowledge my presence and help me. I was there a long time trying to pay but that whole entire time the lady at the first desk was on a personal call that whole time. More

I bought my vehicle at this location and I've had no issues with my GMC since I purchased it. I've taken my car to Mandal for each oil change and maintenance service, each time I've had to ask multiple issues with my GMC since I purchased it. I've taken my car to Mandal for each oil change and maintenance service, each time I've had to ask multiple times for the carwash service. The last two times I just paid my service cost and left without the carwash because I didn't feel like asking a second time. It just feels like I'm not being listened to when I ask for additional services. More

Blonde curly haired lady name starts with S has a nasty attitude and needs training on customer service and professionalism. Same with the girl who takes payment- whom wouldn’t put her phone down long enough to even tell me my balance or make eye contact, then got an attitude as if I was a bother to her. None of my service reminders were reset, I had to go back in to make sure the service I paid hundreds of dollars for was even done. Pretty sure I’ll find somewhere else to appreciate and value my business and service my vehicle. More
