I live 250 miles away and i had a trade and she gave a deal first and went back and added more money for my trade in, she even gave me that value without even seeing the car which it meant a lot to me because she trusted me, not like other dealer's that always say they can't give you a deal because they have to see the car before they make a deal on it. Susanna even emailed me on my birthday wich was really unexpected and stayed after close to seal the deal. She could of just left it to someone else, but she did it her self. I just bought another car and never got a call or email about how I like the car. I would defenetly buy another Honda here again......very friendly staff and fast.. thanks... More

When I arrived the car was washed and ready for a test drive. She was professional, honest, and efficient. When she said no extras would be added on, she meant it. Once I was done with the financing dept. she even set my phone up to work with the car's blue tooth! Susanna goes above and beyond customer service. I must say she is the first dealer who has ever called me a few days later to see how the car's doing and/or to see if I had any questions. Thoroughly impressed! More
