Paul Kolleck, Sales Person was outstanding throughout this purchase process. After deciding on vehicle, he kept us updated as to status as vehicle was in manufacturing and being delivered to dealership. this purchase process. After deciding on vehicle, he kept us updated as to status as vehicle was in manufacturing and being delivered to dealership. Once it arrived Paul notified us and Jemar, Finance, emailed all paperwork, to streamline the delivery process. When we arrived at the dealership to take delivery, Paul had Susan Ward, BMW Wizard on standby ready to walk through the features of the vehicle. Susan did an excellent job and offered if we have any questions to reach out to her for help! What a truly and amazing experience with dealership. This vehicle is truly The Ultimate Driving Machine as advertised. Respectfully, Jon and Brenda Schmiedebusch More
