Flat tire x2 I hit a pothole 1 week before Christmas and had two flat tires. Herb chambers of Boston really helped me out. I had my car towed there by AAA. Se I hit a pothole 1 week before Christmas and had two flat tires. Herb chambers of Boston really helped me out. I had my car towed there by AAA. Service department was helpful in receiving the car with a promotion phone call from service advisor. They took care of the entire process including dealing with insurance and had the car back to me by days end . Thank you and great job. More

All good - except for vehicle return The repair work was fine and took as long as I have come to expect (about 45-60 minutes more than the salesperson estimates.) - Got a free cup of c The repair work was fine and took as long as I have come to expect (about 45-60 minutes more than the salesperson estimates.) - Got a free cup of coffee ~10am. Coffee ran out by 10:30. Was never refilled even when I left at 2:00pm. - Had to wait 25 minutes between the time my car was "ready" and I paid, to the time the car came down to the parking lot so I could drive home. More
