Called 3 days prior to schedule a 10a appointment. Was told “Wednesdays are slow” and therefore an excellent day to come in. Was there for 6 hours. Wasn’t offered a ride home to wait for car to be ser Was told “Wednesdays are slow” and therefore an excellent day to come in. Was there for 6 hours. Wasn’t offered a ride home to wait for car to be serviced. At hour 4 I asked whether there was a car they lend to customers while waiting for personal vehicle to be serviced. Answer was no. I was then offered a ride across the street (to get lunch) by a different technician who apologized profusely for the lack of decent customer service upon my arrival that morning- as he was surprised I’d been waiting there all day. That’s when I noticed my car still sitting in the parking lot waiting to be checked. What was the point of scheduling my morning appointment then? I was also told I’d receive information before I left regarding potential financing for the cost of my major repair. Didn’t receive the info. Had to call back the following day to get it. More
