Very POOR customer service. The guy in the service desk needs customer service training on how to deal and attend to his clients. He didn’t tell us where to wait, whats the next The guy in the service desk needs customer service training on how to deal and attend to his clients. He didn’t tell us where to wait, whats the next step and left our finished paper work in his desk without telling his co workers where he went! I don’t think he love his job at all! They have no clue where he was?! We’ve waited for almost 2 hours. Poor hand off/ communication. I complained to the manager Susan who didn’t really address my concerns! I will tell all my friends, family and collegues not to go there if they don’t want to feel aggravated! Hoping this will not happen to other clients. I am not going back there! Customer service should be the priority if you want your business succeed! More

I've been coming to Herb Chambers Honda of Boston for almost 20 years. I've always had great experiences but this current team is the BEST! Most notably, Sean DaSilva always goes above and beyond to mak almost 20 years. I've always had great experiences but this current team is the BEST! Most notably, Sean DaSilva always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are fully satisfied with their service. He's personable, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He's my go to! Herb Chambers Honda of Boston is the place to go a for any vehicle of your choice. They make you feel welcome, comfortable, listen to your desires and get the job done. Brian McCaffrey was my sales rep an any vehicle of your choice. They make you feel welcome, comfortable, listen to your desires and get the job done. Brian McCaffrey was my sales rep and the man. I had a pleasant experience working with him in search for a vehicle. He took time to walk me through the process. Him and his team of Professionals got the job done. He was very proactive to answering my questions, patient, funny, determined and full of energy. Thank you Mr. McCaffrey for all your help. He gave me no pressure and was very respectful and professional at all times. My thanks to him, the finance personnel and the big boss that went extra length to get me approved. Called 3 days prior to schedule a 10a appointment. Was told “Wednesdays are slow” and therefore an excellent day to come in. Was there for 6 hours. Wasn’t offered a ride home to wait for car to be ser Was told “Wednesdays are slow” and therefore an excellent day to come in. Was there for 6 hours. Wasn’t offered a ride home to wait for car to be serviced. At hour 4 I asked whether there was a car they lend to customers while waiting for personal vehicle to be serviced. Answer was no. I was then offered a ride across the street (to get lunch) by a different technician who apologized profusely for the lack of decent customer service upon my arrival that morning- as he was surprised I’d been waiting there all day. That’s when I noticed my car still sitting in the parking lot waiting to be checked. What was the point of scheduling my morning appointment then? I was also told I’d receive information before I left regarding potential financing for the cost of my major repair. Didn’t receive the info. Had to call back the following day to get it. More

No matter what comes up he knocks it out the ballpark if it’s gonna be a wait he tells me that he’s honest whatever the price is he tells me that he is honest I can’t say honest enough honestly goes a long way but more than that you can tell this young man is going to go very far because he already has so many qualities that come from good parents and family it’s just reeks off of him.
