Very POOR customer service. The guy in the service desk needs customer service training on how to deal and attend to his clients. He didn’t tell us where to wait, whats the next The guy in the service desk needs customer service training on how to deal and attend to his clients. He didn’t tell us where to wait, whats the next step and left our finished paper work in his desk without telling his co workers where he went! I don’t think he love his job at all! They have no clue where he was?! We’ve waited for almost 2 hours. Poor hand off/ communication. I complained to the manager Susan who didn’t really address my concerns! I will tell all my friends, family and collegues not to go there if they don’t want to feel aggravated! Hoping this will not happen to other clients. I am not going back there! Customer service should be the priority if you want your business succeed! More

Most notably, Sean DaSilva always goes above and beyond to mak almost 20 years. I've always had great experiences but this current team is the BEST! Most notably, Sean DaSilva always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are fully satisfied with their service. He's personable, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He's my go to!
