I began my career in the automotive industry in 2021 and joined Subaru of Gwinnett in August 2023. Originally from Burlington, North Carolina, I’ve always loved connecting with people — a passion that began when I traveled the country with True Majority, a grassroots organization founded by Ben Cohen of Ben & Jerry’s. I’m grateful for my wonderful spouse, our two grown children, and our lovable bulldog who keeps life entertaining. My favorite part of Subaru of Gwinnett is the people — the sense of family, teamwork, and genuine care that make this place truly special.

It just keeps getting worse. I emailed Susan multiple times to follow up and get clarification on getting my tag and registration processed since I bought out of state. No respon I emailed Susan multiple times to follow up and get clarification on getting my tag and registration processed since I bought out of state. No response. Finally got a call from Kathy one week before my temp license expired and she was wondering why she couldn’t get in touch with OMV offices (it was a state holiday) and was going to send my paperwork two counties over to a place 1.5 hrs away. I gave her the correct locations and she mailed the docs the next day, but issued a new license plate instead of transferring my old one. Extremely frustrating. More

It started out great, but when it was time to buy, it was one thing after another in unexpected inconveniences and misportrayed information from the sales rep. There were several times when we asked question one thing after another in unexpected inconveniences and misportrayed information from the sales rep. There were several times when we asked questions (like a reflector getting fixed before driving away after purchase, windshield crack being fixed, title being mailed later and didn’t receive an answer multiple times, then were told it could be taken care of before we drove off, only to find out in the 11th hour that we’d have to come back 3 separate times to resolve each issue. The windshield guy ended up coming out to the house to fix, but we still made 3 trips back to the dealer to get things fixed and finalize the title. The sales rep didn’t seem to understand how off putting that was and didn’t really take ownership of the problem. Deflected, offered proof to of things we weren’t even concerned about, but never really tried to make it right. It felt like she made the sale and didn’t really care what happened after that bc she got her commission. Said that wasn’t her goal, but didn’t do anything to demonstrate otherwise. More
