My husband and I were greeted by Fidel when we arrived to look for a Toyota Highlander. We knew what we wanted and couldn’t believe when we drove up and there was a 2025 white hybrid Highlander. Fidel Was v look for a Toyota Highlander. We knew what we wanted and couldn’t believe when we drove up and there was a 2025 white hybrid Highlander. Fidel Was very knowledgeable and was also very patient with all of our questions and was not at all pushy. He worked with us to try to get a price we could feel comfortable with and was always very patient throughout the process which can also become a Very long drawn out process. We also appreciated that Fidel stayed until we were finalized with the finance process and helped us familiarize ourselves with all the bells and whistles in our new car. We would definitely recommend Fidel - his customer service was top notch and he was a pleasure to work with. We also want to give a shout out to Stockton who worked with us on a price we could live with and was respectful of what we wanted to pay and get for our trade-in. We also worked with Crystal who helped us through the finance portion of car buying and answered all of our questions regarding warranties, service etc. it was a long day and all three were still courteous and customer service top notch. We recommend Cleveland Toyota highly if you value professional and excellent customer service. More
