My family had bought 4 cars in 2 years from Sapaugh. The last was a used car purchased 12 months ago. The engine went out before I had made my 12 payment. The service manager said it’s a “Hyundai” i The last was a used car purchased 12 months ago. The engine went out before I had made my 12 payment. The service manager said it’s a “Hyundai” issue. Still owing $12k I was given $2k on my trade in. The service I had been receiving disappeared. I bought a new car so I could roll the balance over and during financing I was told “had you bought the extended warranty you could have avoided this whole issue”. My thought is, had Sapaugh not sold me an absolute lemon I could have avoided the whole issue. This was my 5th car purchased from Sapaugh and likely my families last. That’s how you lose a generational customer. More
