Rich Konald and his assistant Austin were wonderful to deal with. The car was exactly as described and the trade numbers were very fair. Upon arrival at the dealership, both Rich and Austin were helpful a deal with. The car was exactly as described and the trade numbers were very fair. Upon arrival at the dealership, both Rich and Austin were helpful and knowledgeable in making sure we understood the features of the car. They helped us in getting our Onstar account setup and activated. The follow up we received after purchasing was excellent as well. Without any reservation whatsoever, we can recommend Sapaugh Cadillac, Rich Konald and Austin. More
