My son, daughter and son in law moved here with my lovely wife of thirty two years and my self. I love pets and the outdoors. First time having my Forester serviced at Tucson Subaru. The whole experience was great from quick check-in to shuttle service home, and pick-up. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our 2022 Outback Wilderness was in for its first service and Dan Ford, Senior Service Advisor, greeted me as I stepped out of the car as the Porter verified my info. It was fast and easy finished my service earlier than was promised. I had a tech problem also that turned out to be a cable they found and fixed in 45 seconds ( serious - 45 seconds) could not have been bet promised. The used, 2014 Outback that I had purchased a few days earlier was making a slight squeaking sound from under the hood, like from a worn idler pulley bearing or belt. As I was going on a long trip in abou earlier was making a slight squeaking sound from under the hood, like from a worn idler pulley bearing or belt. As I was going on a long trip in about a week in the car, I set up an appt. to have it checked out. I arrived there on time and they pulled my paperwork out quickly- the young man who did this was very polite. Of course, the car wasn't squeaking when I brought it in, but the service writer, Dan,, assured me that they would check it out and look at the other question that I had about the car. He was very friendly and positive. Their shuttle driver, Steve, was also very friendly and drove me directly home- I did not have to wait very long at all, maybe 10min. A few hours later Dan left a message that the Outback was ready to be picked up. I called for a Shuttle ride to be picked up, and was greeted by Steve again. The problem was the belt and it was replaced with an updated one, at no charge. So far I am am very pleased with all my Dealings with Tucson Subaru and highly recommend them More
