Thank you for your response. I’ve previously attempted to address these concerns through various channels, including a recent emailing send to both Stephen Sousa and Dave Robinson on November 26 with the invoice, but I have yet to receive any resolution. As mentioned in my earlier communications, there were several issues and only the door weather strip was acknowledged for coverage, while other concerns were denied. I even returned the incorrect headphones during Thanksgiving week, along with a note to Dave Robinson and had to purchase the correct ones out of pocket. I have not received any acknowledgment or reimbursement. This week, I discovered that the vehicle’s 4WD system doesn’t function in 4 High mode, raising further concerns about the thoroughness of the certification process. I trusted the certification process to ensure the vehicle met the Cadillac’s quality standards. However, when your sales manager, Stephen Sousa, stated that broken parts are “normal” for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, combined with the ongoing issues I’ve experienced, I am left questioning the reliability of your certification process. I can share proof for all communications I had with you and your team, if needed.
