Kudos to Steve and Bianca for making it absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Steve comes across as a very honest and considerate professional. He stressed upon 'hasslefree buying' highlighted on his visiting card and he did ensure that I got that experience. He was very reasonable and transparent in his negotiations. There were no sales tricks that add unnecessary stress to the buying process. He made sure that I got what I was looking for and was happy with the deal. The finance process was also very smooth. Ubi went over the extended warranty and protection plans they had to offer but there was no undue pressure to make you buy the add ons. All in all, I was out of the dealership in less than 3 hours on a very busy day. And the entire experience made me a very happy customer. I went through some of the reviews here and everyone has rich praise for Steve. He is a very customer focused salesperson and indeed deserves it. I will definitely recommend Steve and Hamer to anyone looking at buying a new Toyota. More

I've purchased several new cars before from other dealerships, and I would have put it up there with getting a root canal; but Steve changed my viewpoint on the car buying experience completely! Excellent customer service and very easy process I started by placing internet pricing on various dealer's website. I also used Edmunds and TrueCar. The best price was from TrueCar with Hamer Toyota having the best price. Manny contacted me about visiting their dealership. He was very friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. When I arrived, Manny referred me to Steve Denson. This was a great move by Manny. Steve is awesome to work with. There was issues with the TrueCar pricing that I noticed right away. I selected financing but yet TrueCar applied a $1,500.00 rebate to my quote. They also defaulted on the color and the options of the 2014 Sienna LE that was quoted. Steve assured me that his system took into consideration additional discounts due to the van he has in stock has more options. After about 30 minutes, the deal was made. There was no haggling or the back and forth price negotiations that I was accustomed to in the past. TrueCar helped me save time and we agreed upon roughly what was quoted by TrueCar. This was by far the most easiest car buying experienced I have ever had. Steve took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you Steve for your professionalism and honesty! I also want to thank Shawn in Finance who made this part of deal hassle free. Normally in the past, the Finance person would want to sell the extended warranty and was very pushy. Shawn did a great job in explaining all the extras without pressuring me to buy. This is a good move because I left the dealership feeling great about my purchase and at a price that I think was a good deal. Each and every step of the car buying process was excellent. Also, Bianca, Steve's assistant, helped me with the basic operations of the vehicle before I left the dealership. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very patient. She made sure I was comfortable with the basics. This was an extremely busy Labor Day Weekend and their dealership was packed. However, due to people mentioned above, I was in and out in 2.5 hours. I must commend management for the workflow that they have placed on the car buying experience at Hamer Toyota. This was by far the best experience I ever had in buying a car. I will definitely buy again from Steve. If I hear anyone wants to buy a Toyota, I will definitely refer them to Steve. Thanks again to everyone who was involved with the purchase of my new van. More
