Amaali, I wish I could say we were perfect all the time but we sometimes make mistakes, but it is not for a lack of trying. I am sure that Ellie Diaz did not mind in the least doing everything to insure that it corrected immediately, even if it took a physical search. You really deserve our best service every time.
