I am honestly very happy that Stephen Mendez and the service team were able to make it right for you. Nothing is more annoying than to have your just purchased car, a "certified" vehicle no less, have a major transmission failure. It is not something we would wish on anyone. I am grateful that Stephen made sure you had a loaner car and had it cleared for a replacement transmission that day.
