TRANSMISSION REPLACED We went in less than one week after buying a "certified" used vehicle at Sport Mazda. The CX-5 was making a high pitched noise and we wanted it fixed We went in less than one week after buying a "certified" used vehicle at Sport Mazda. The CX-5 was making a high pitched noise and we wanted it fixed. I would have given more stars to this review, but the appointment was difficult to get. My husband was in and out quickly and it was determined the noise was from a faulty transmission. The car stayed for almost a week and they replaced the transmission without an issue. Stephen was friendly and courteous. Stephen kept us informed throughout the process and made sure to secure a rental vehicle. I would work with Stephen again. He almost made up for the HORRIBLE SALES experience with Ernest. Thank you and hats off for Stephen!!!!!!!!! More
