Stephan greeted me with a hug and a smile…at 6:57 A. M. Very friendly. The services recommended did not match the alerts that my car was pointing out—especially the unnecessary fuel induction service. I M. Very friendly. The services recommended did not match the alerts that my car was pointing out—especially the unnecessary fuel induction service. I turned that down to save a significant amount on my bill. Stephan said the estimate did not show labor charges because the shop does not charge for labor, when in fact the charges are baked into each service. I believe those charges should be clearly fleshed out for the customer. The inspection video did not show the condition of the filters. At the Honda dealership they show you the filters on the video. BMW should as well. Finally, Stephan told me the engine and cabin air filters should be changed with each oil change. That is not true. Oh, one more thing. The buy 3 get one free tire deal is $423 more than the price at Costco (both including balance and installation). So how is the buy 3 deal really a deal? More
