I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership, and unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. When I asked my salesperson about the second key, I was surpr dealership, and unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. When I asked my salesperson about the second key, I was surprised by her response: “Why do you need a second key?” When I explained that having a spare is important in case one is lost, she suggested that I simply get an AirTag. I found this response dismissive and not in keeping with the level of customer service I would expect when purchasing a vehicle. Additionally, I viewed and picked up the vehicle in the rain, and it was only after returning home, when the weather cleared, that I noticed a crack in the windshield. This was disappointing and raised concerns about the thoroughness of the vehicle’s inspection and presentation prior to delivery. The finance process was also less than pleasant, as the finance representative came across as borderline rude during the signing process. While purchasing a pre-owned vehicle may come with certain considerations, I believe customers should be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and transparency throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, these aspects of my experience were disappointing, and I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously to improve the customer experience for future buyers. More

The financial manager was awesome as well he sort of read me and did not offer me things that he knew I did not want. The whole experience was SUPER easy. Great team and this is my third BMW. My fourth and possibly fifth BMW will be from Leticia and the same Financial Manager! More
