The customer experience initially was great. However when I was told my vehicle was ready I arrived and no o e acknowledged I was there. We have now purchased two Minis from this dealership and both times it has been a very good experience. Everyone we have interacted with (salespersons, finance people and managers) has always been helpful a both times it has been a very good experience. Everyone we have interacted with (salespersons, finance people and managers) has always been helpful and professional, and no one has made us feel pressured to get anything we did not want. For our second car purchase, they went out of their way to find and get us the car with the options we wanted as we did not like anything that was available in their inventory.
