We have now purchased two Minis from this dealership and both times it has been a very good experience. Everyone we have interacted with (salespersons, finance people and managers) has always been helpful a both times it has been a very good experience. Everyone we have interacted with (salespersons, finance people and managers) has always been helpful and professional, and no one has made us feel pressured to get anything we did not want. For our second car purchase, they went out of their way to find and get us the car with the options we wanted as we did not like anything that was available in their inventory. The entire buying process has always been very smooth and after sales service has been great too. Anyone in this area who is in the market for a Mini should check Mini of Coconut Creek out! More

Such an incredible staff at Coconut Creek BMW. We were almost up for our lease, Jen reached out and I had a lot of concerns and requests, and she listened, understood and aligned with my families We were almost up for our lease, Jen reached out and I had a lot of concerns and requests, and she listened, understood and aligned with my families vision for our future car. She helped us feel comfortable and didn’t push the offers, she was honest and most importantly genuine. We built a working relationship, and when Oliver the manager reached out, I told him I needed this quick and easy. So when we arrived Carson had the paperwork ready, finance department had already been expecting us, and out the door with our brand new car in less than an hour. I told them this is my second BMW so I expected loyalty, and loyalty is exactly what I got, sprinkled with respect and understanding. They didn’t just let me leave, they then sat with me to set up all the Bluetooth and technically functionalities of the car. Which has been a huge help because I’m aging fast and desperately trying to keep up with the technology. Now we have a car we trust, with a team we trust, with a price they guaranteed and a relationship that we know will last for years to come. We made a deal I gave a deposit and ordered a car. When the car arrived the dealership did everything possible to change the deal we had agreed to. When I ordered the car I was told I would receive a When the car arrived the dealership did everything possible to change the deal we had agreed to. When I ordered the car I was told I would receive a $2K loyalty credit. It was never discussed how I would pay for the car. I was able to arrange my own financing with USAA. Something I had done numerous times in the past both with BMW, this was our eighth BMW. The last three were bought at Vista. This was done to set a floor on the interest rate. Once my car was ready they came out with a payment plan that was never discussed as I had no plan to finance 100% of the balance over 60 months ant over 6%. When I explained to Danielle. That my intention was to use the financing I already arranged and provided her a copy of the approval with the various rates approved by USAa she came back and explained I would lose $1k of the discount I was promised when I ordered the car. I explained that we never discussed the need to finance to get the deposit. It was explained at that time that it was for a Cash price which made no sense. I said fine I will pay cash. They then came out with a deal sheet that started over $1k more then the window sticker price that was sitting right in front of me that we had ageeed upon when I ordered the car. Had I not given a deposit I would have been out of there. They finally after over two hours came back an honored the cash price with the discount. I wa planning on adding $50k of cash but Ended up using $96k which now I must go restructure my investments as I needed the extra liquidity. By far the worst experience I have had buying a car.
