Great Service I stopped in with a code of B16 and was quickly waited on in Express Service. The code was explained to me as well as the price and i signed the orde I stopped in with a code of B16 and was quickly waited on in Express Service. The code was explained to me as well as the price and i signed the order. All work started immediately and i was finished in less than an hour. It was a great experience I worked with the two gentlemen in Express on Friday/ 9/21. I am not sure of their names. More

Car dirty after service Took our Honda Pilot in for a recall. We were never contacted by Honda regarding the recall, we actually found out about it when taking our card to Took our Honda Pilot in for a recall. We were never contacted by Honda regarding the recall, we actually found out about it when taking our card to a piazza Acura dealer to have the oil changed. That’s a separate issue. Upon picking the Pilot up the next day, there were black, greasy fingerprints on the inside of the drivers door, on the armrest & on the outside driver’s door (our truck is white). There were also several sections of a newspaper strewn on the passenger’s seat. I’ve never read the USA Today & it certainly wasn’t there when I dropped it off! It would have taken just a few minutes to clean up the mess that was made in & on my car yet no one took the time to do so. More
