Stanley Chilkotowsky was fantastic I came in for an airbag recall and asked if an arm-wrest could be replaced. Stanley greeted me professionally and processed my paperwork quickly. He said he'd see what they could do about the arm-wrest but that he couldn't guarantee it would be done since it was a non-OEM part. To my great surprise, when I picked up the Pilot, I was told they were able to replace the arm-wrest...at no charge! Thank you to Stanley and the Service team for providing me with such a fantastic customer experience. I'll definitely be back and will recommend Piazza Honda of Springfield to others. More

Great Service I stopped in with a code of B16 and was quickly waited on in Express Service.
