I usually hate going to dealerships as the staff can be pushy or feel like vultures. Not at Oakes KIA. Stacy was extremely helpful and friendly. She valued our time. I came to Oakes Kia based on multiple recommendations from friends and family who have had great experiences here. Stacy was specifically recommended to me, and she truly lived up to the hype—she was fri from friends and family who have had great experiences here. Stacy was specifically recommended to me, and she truly lived up to the hype—she was friendly, helpful, and made the buying process itself smooth and straightforward. However, I did leave the dealership with a few points of frustration. After signing the purchase agreement, I ended up waiting a significant amount of time before being seen by the financing department, which made the process longer than expected. More importantly, the quality of the detailing was disappointing. I was told the car had been detailed earlier that day and would be detailed again before I left. Before the final walkthrough, I pointed out several areas inside the vehicle that were missed, as well as a missing tire stem valve cap. Stacy acknowledged everything and made notes. Even so, when the car was brought back out, none of those areas appeared to have been addressed, and the missing valve cap was still missing. These aren’t major issues, but the level of attention to detail and customer care I received was not what I anticipated after choosing this dealership based on strong recommendations. Overall, it was a solid experience and I am open to giving my business in the future, but I hope the dealership takes this feedback to improve the final steps of their delivery process. More

I don't usually write reviews but I have to today! Stacy Blohm in sales, the used car manager and the finance manager took such good care of me in an emergency. I can't say enough good things about th Stacy Blohm in sales, the used car manager and the finance manager took such good care of me in an emergency. I can't say enough good things about them. I am a traveling medical worker and my vehicle was damaged (not by me). The repair was going to cost several thousand dollars on an older vehicle. I cannot do my job and see my patients without a safe running vehicle and this incident being unexpected, I was not exactly financially prepared. This team went above and beyond to get me into a beautiful, safe vehicle large enough for my equipment and worked very hard to get it in my price range. Then to top it off they added coverage they knew I would need because I dive so much. This team not only positively affected the quality of my life, but because of them I did not miss even one shift! I walked in at 10am and was out by 1. I didn't have to send strangers to my patients or leave them without care. With all my heart, thank you guys! My family will be using you for our vehicle purchases from now on. More
