I'm a methodical person who takes time to compare things and process big decisions - so I really appreciated that Bailey never made us feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to explain everything in detail and make sure we were comfortable with our decisions (vehicle, cost, financing options, etc.). She even helped keep my tag-along toddler entertained.
