Jonah and Max really stepped up to the plate and made a terrible pre-experience, one of the best car buying experiences we have had. We told him up front that we were not in any way interested in any kind of extended warranty, and he wasted our time with a 45 minute presentation. We were polite, but it was very frustrating. More
