Unfortunately, I can not say I feel the same way about the staff. Saturday, I received misinformation and got disconnected when I was speaking to schedulers. I assumed all of the service members worked together and I could get general information from multiple people, but unfortunately that doesn't appear to be the case. I am definitely more of Shelly client than Norm Reeves client and I will follow wherever she goes. Hopefully she'll get the support that reflects the service she provides. More
