Sales Representative had wonderful customer service. The Dealer had beautiful vehicles to choose from and in good condition. Finance Department needs more training in customer service. The Dealer should make the process easier on the customer and consider taking Bank Drafts. Credit Unions offer a lower interest rate than what the dealer offers. BMW of Sarasota Interest Rates were not even comparable. BMW Of Sarasota Dealer Fees are Higher compare to Local Dealers and even in Dealers in Miami. More
