Avoid Henry Whitbeck The process seemed very easy at first. Came in on a Sunday, negotiated price and trade with Dan and Shaun with no issues. I met with Henry in finance The process seemed very easy at first. Came in on a Sunday, negotiated price and trade with Dan and Shaun with no issues. I met with Henry in finance and was told that they should be able to match my bank’s rate and take the work out of it for me...... and that’s when I should’ve realized it was going to be all my work from here on out. The cliff notes version is that I had to keep on Henry to get back to me and was told several contradicting things. Every timeline I was given for an answer went past. Once I was really upset and ready to walk I was told by Henry that they could match the rate at a particular bank (which come to find out was completely untrue once Shaun got involved). My biggest concern is that Henry clearly couldn’t do it, so what was going to happen if I didn’t go through my bank? I would come in and been lied to? Try to hide the actual rate on the paperwork? I’m not sure and I’m glad I did it myself and didn’t find out. I would advise anyone going here to have their own financing in place and avoid Henry. For Shaun’s part he sounded truly sorry about what happened and wanted to make it right. Henry just had a monotone apology that told me he didn’t really care one iota. He also hid in the back on delivery and made Dan do his piece because he knew how unethical he was and didn’t want to show his face. I wouldn’t buy here again based on my experience. More

Not a good experience Mark the salesman was fantastic and I felt that he was just doing his job I had been approved for a loan at CEFCU for a low interest rate but they nee Mark the salesman was fantastic and I felt that he was just doing his job I had been approved for a loan at CEFCU for a low interest rate but they needed the dealership to come down $500 the dealership refuse to budge and I had no money to put down I went to turn down the car and felt that I was pressured into buying it Mark told me Finance would match the interest rate but when I went to sign all of the papers the interest rate and the what's my payment is much higher I felt pressured I felt pushed even though I really liked the car and Mark came across as a really good salesman in the beginning they are not willing to budge they are not willing to discuss they are not willing to change their minds at all they did give me the extras that I asked for in regards to the car when I picked up the car there is a rust spot on the vehicle that I now need to have addressed that was not pointed out to me and I did not notice because it was underneath the hatch in the I'm edge of the window glass and in regards to them servicing the car there was a lot of Gunk and glop left so I need to go have the car detailed myself More
