Buying a Niro Plug-in hybrid I had a good experience with the sales person. After we got home I looked and the sales manager did not offer me the 0-2.9% interest rate on the vehi I had a good experience with the sales person. After we got home I looked and the sales manager did not offer me the 0-2.9% interest rate on the vehicle with credit ratings of 780 and 790. That was inappropriate and might have changed my decision to buy vs. lease. This should not have happened. There were two sales managers involved due to the first one leaving so I am not sure of the name of the person who did this so I did not rate the manager. The car needed to be prepped better - there was still plastic and glue that I was trying to get off of the car when we were given the keys to leave. More

Attentive My agent Tom was good but he did a lot of “yesing” about items. I asked him what the difference was between the 2 models and he said” if you took the My agent Tom was good but he did a lot of “yesing” about items. I asked him what the difference was between the 2 models and he said” if you took the S model you just would not have the navigation system and leather interior. That is completely wrong. I did not get the wireless charging pad, heated seats and power seats. I was disappointed when I got in the car to leave after signing all of my paperwork so there was no changing.
