We had NO intention of leaving with a new car that day, and especially not a brand new 2019 4Runner. We pulled into the lot to looked at a used 4Runner, ended up walking to the brand new lot first just to look and that's where Shane DeFoor found us. He pulled up and chatted with us for a minute, after finding out we were looking for a used he pointed us in the right direction. When we walked over we found Russel and the rest is history. Shane made the extra effort to bring us waters as it was HOT that day. I never in a million years thought I'd own a 2019 4Runner but Russel & Shane made it happen for us!! Russel was more than accommodating and just overall a pleasure to deal with. Even charged my phone for me after we were there for a while! I will never give another dealership my business after experiencing their level of customer service. More

We’ve bought a few cars. From middle of the road to luxury and this dealership rates right up there. We had a special situation in our most recent purchase and they bent over backwards to meet our needs. Stayed late and treated us like we were buying the best car on the lot, which we weren’t. Every person we met were great. No intimidation. A big thank you to Geoff, Shane and Alfred! Side note Alfred will score you the best deal on all weather floor mats so look into that! :) More

USED TRADE-IN FOR USED VEHICLE I entered the dealership thinking they wouldn't want to trade and if they did they would give me a low trade-in credit. I was wrong. The credit they I entered the dealership thinking they wouldn't want to trade and if they did they would give me a low trade-in credit. I was wrong. The credit they offered for my trade-in was adequate and the patient salesman lead me to a used vehicle that I love and with very little cash. I'm still happy with my new used Toyota Highlander with 350,000 plus miles still running like it was off the show floor. More
