I recently (7/15/25) had an appointment with the service department, John Cusumano, specifically. John, true to his word (as usual), had me in and out, with a NYS Inspection, within 45 minutes. John has been consistently supportive during my 2-years of XT5 ownership. This time, I actually saw John provide a very kind moment to an elderly customer who was also there for service. John didn't realize I saw this touching interaction, and it seemed to me, this was an innate part of John's character and dedication to good customer service. I have been pleased with the Paul Conte dealership as a whole. It is personnel like John and the manager, Shai Nadav, that warrants this review! More
