My usual experience at the Paul conte service center is usually fine, the coffee and bagels is nice and the seating is very comfortable. The team communicates well, they do their best to keep me updated on the status of repairs. At 72,000 miles I started getting a flashing “check all wheel drive system” notification followed by a loss of power. I called the service center and was warned the next available appointment was about a month out but a loaner was about 5 weeks out. I made the appointment, taking the earliest available spot. Again they warned me they were backed up and I did not take the initiative to get another dealership to take a look at the car. It took about four days for them to look at the car, another couple of days to diagnose the problem (there were video updates sent and that was really nice) then a few more days to fix. I picked up the car, paid the balance, and drove off. A few days later I noticed something kind of trapped under the hood close to the windshield. I open the hood and there’s a plastic cover to something out of place and a mechanic’s tool just sitting there. It was a lazy mistake and hopefully not a big deal, but it was the moment where I realized I just didn’t feel like a valued customer of a luxury brand. And to be fair, they do have customers that have been around for years, that they know on a first name basis, that they treat like royalty. I just didn’t work hard enough to get there. More

I brought my XT5 in for it's annual NYS inspection and tire rotation. Although I unwittingly made the appointment for a Monday morning, which turned out to be extremely busy, John was able to get me in an tire rotation. Although I unwittingly made the appointment for a Monday morning, which turned out to be extremely busy, John was able to get me in and out in about an hour's time. I find John to be unwaveringly supportive and extremely professional. I have done business now with Paul Conte since 2023, when I bought the car (new). They are a busy, busy dealership but John always manages to take care of my needs without hesitation and with an upbeat attitude. I am grateful to be able to work with him. More

I purchased my Cadillac XTS4 sedan new from Paul Conte Cadillac in 2013. When people realize that I'm driving a 13 year old car with 79,800 miles on the road, they can't get over the fact that it still l Cadillac in 2013. When people realize that I'm driving a 13 year old car with 79,800 miles on the road, they can't get over the fact that it still looks like a new car. That's because of the care and service it has received at Paul Conte. My service advisor, John Cusumano, is always ready to keep it that way. John and service dept. manager, Shai Nadav, keep me on top of monthly service dept. discounts, whenever I bring my Cadillac in for maintenance, usually 2x a year...the annual NYS inspection and, as needed, a Lube/oil & filter change with tire rotation, as well as the other fluid and filter needs that are regularly addressed. Of course, the final stop is with Christine R. (the Chief Cashier @ Conte) who is always helpful in checking my GM Rewards points to find any Cash Value that can be deducted from my bill. This past June Christine and John signed me up for GM REWARDS MASTERCARD PROMOTION, which netted me a $250. cashback and 9 months of interest-free payments. Whether it was purchasing my 2009 Cadillac xxx or my 2013 Cadillac XTS4, going to Paul Conte Cadillac Sales and Service has always been like being "part of the family." So, thank you John Cusumano, Shai Nadav, and Christine R. and all the Conte service workers who have ever worked on my cars. You have given me years and years of happy, care-free driving....and thank you Eddy for making sure my Cadillac was clean and shiny, every time I drove it off that Paul Conte lot. More
