Good people and good experienced. The issue I have is after financing was completed then they told me that the title would be considered a stolen vehicle which we talked about prior to the deal being mad after financing was completed then they told me that the title would be considered a stolen vehicle which we talked about prior to the deal being made. Additionally as the car now is considered stolen I am still waiting for the all weather floor mats that were an option on the car but we’re not in the car and I’m waiting for them to be mailed to me. More

I was initially nervous buying a new car, but immediately felt comfortable mostly due to James Hicks. He was very easy-going and welcoming and struck a great balance between getting to business but also want felt comfortable mostly due to James Hicks. I am also so pleased how flexible the dealership was in me waiting to purchase the car until a certain day after a deposit was made. Even signing of the paper work at the end was a great experience.
