Hi. Not sure what i got here or why. I tried to respond to the number given but got a beep which means a fax machine, so i responding thru this email. Yes , i purchased a 2023 Rav 4 from heiser toyota. My name is John Knaack. I leased another vehicle from Heiser and Roger Ducas. When i got home i found out that no garage door opener was included on any vehicle except the Rav4 Limited. I was very disappointed to say the least. I’ve leased cars from Heiser for decades. I decided to purchase my Rav 4 at lease end. I started contacting Heiser in May. No one in your finance dept returned my calls after 4 voice mails. I finally asked for a manager who set up a date and time to complete the purchase which finally took place in July. Typical poor customer service these days. More
