All the folks at this Kia are friendly and helpful. Ben Robertson did a great walk-around of the Seltos and told me about all the features I may not have even known about otherwise. When I came in a few days later to make my purchase, Rodger helped me source the exact trim and features I wanted and brought the car from a nearby dealership. Hunter finished the deal and explained all the numbers. Great experience overall. More

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations due to two key issues; Poor Communication: There was insufficient and delayed recent service experience. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations due to two key issues; Poor Communication: There was insufficient and delayed communication throughout the process, which made it difficult to stay informed and confident in the progress being made . Lastly Incorrect Documentation Dates: Several documents were dated in a way that did not align with the actual date of purchase, which has caused confusion and could lead to further complications if not addressed. I am also still waiting for copies of my documents More
