Jean would disappear and we would sit for another 20 minutes waiting for the next step. Also was not thrilled at having to drive back to the dealership to pick up the title paperwork. We are happy with our car, which is the main thing, but probably wouldn't recommend Jim Butler KIA to anyone else. More

I just bought my Telluride and haven't needed the service department, so I don't know who Keith Sutton is. But Katye was phenomenal. She was patient and knowledgeable with my many questions and didn't even f department, so I don't know who Keith Sutton is. But Katye was phenomenal.
