Disappointed to say the least. A few years ago we leased a Tacoma from Gladstone and had a great experience; in an out in just a few hours. However, recently at the end of the lease, we were between financi a Tacoma from Gladstone and had a great experience; in an out in just a few hours. However, recently at the end of the lease, we were between financing the leased vehicle or financing a new model, and the team wouldn’t communicate outside of email or intermittent text/phone calls. There was no effective way for us to negotiate and at the point of discussion where we finally got to talking dollars, terms, and percentage rates, the sales representative provided "you can also reach out to your local credit union as well". Who has ever bought a car and not had the sales person locate a bank with the best deal to close the sale? This back and forth burned a whole day and resulted in no gain. We are hopeful that another Toyota will be interested in working with us in a professional manner. More
