Salesperson was cordial and friendly. Negotiations were typical for a car dealer. I found a couple small things wrong with the used car I was looking at. They said it had been inspected and was a certified used car so I wouldn't have any problems but I took it to my mechanic anyway. There was a tail light out and it needed an alignment. I would normally just negotiate a better price for any repairs needed but they wanted me to pay with a cashier's check. Figured since I was leaving the car there and coming back to pick it up later in the week they could do a couple easy repairs. Well after I took delivery of the car I found the alignment had not been fixed as promised. Then the tail light that they fixed quit working and melted. My mechanic looked at it and said they had installed the wrong bulb and that's what caused the tail light to melt. I left 2 messages for Chris in the service dept. about the issues. After a week I haven't received a call back. I texted the Salesperson 5 days ago but still no call back from service. At this point I'm just going to pay my mechanic to do an alignment and replace the tail light assembly. As far as the sales dept goes I'd say they were pretty average. I'd stay far far away from the service dept. If they can't even change a light bulb correctly and won't stand behind their work I wouldn't trust them to do any other repairs. More
