Ever since McDonald has take taken over this dealership our experience has steadily worsened. When we've had service done on our 1998 Tacoma, on more than one occasion there have been issues. The most recent incident occurring when technicians left a clip on a brake line that another repair shop found. There have also been problems purchasing parts, where we've have been given the incorrect parts for our vehicle requiring multiple trips (over 30 miles each trip) to exchange for the correct parts. Most recently for something as simple as spark plugs. To top everything off the person in the parts department went so far as to argue that there is no such engine as a 3.4 liter after my husband repeated our vehicle information close to 10 times in the same conversation (we own a 1998 3.4L v6 Tacoma) And when I came in to return the incorrect parts there was no apologies even after trying to show him the actual plug we needed. Instead of trying to help us find another solution or even acknowledging why we would be frustrated, he acted like I he couldn't get me out of the dealership fast enough. It would be one thing if this had been the first time we had issues, but it's not. We have given this dealership more than enough opportunities to keep.our business. However, we cannot, in good conscious, put our trust in this dealership any longer after everything we have experienced. More
