First of all their appointments are too late. Usually over 10 days. Second of all their accuracy to repairs and fixing the problems are really very bad. Third of all they hold cars for long time for small issues. For example they hold my car with appointment around 10 hours for tire rotation. At end I can say their customer service is horrible More

I arrived for my first oil change. I pulled up in what I thought was the line and I was not greeted nor did I know if I should wait in my care or not. So I went inside there was two gu I pulled up in what I thought was the line and I was not greeted nor did I know if I should wait in my care or not. So I went inside there was two guys sitting at the service descended on there phones, I was not greated. Then one of the guys calls someone behind me in the order in which we walked in. Instead of saying whos next, hi we’ll be right with you. This type of service is unacceptable to me. Not that I need to tell you your job but I guess I should point out to you that follow up service is key to return customers. You should visit Kearny Mesa Ford service line. They for one have great service. They employ a couple of people with IPads that check in customers as they arrive to service. What’s the point of a schedule or making appointments. Stop relying on the customer to do your job. Strive to be the best and not the best service and not the best at sales. Don’t forget that word of mouth travels very fast and very far. Should this type of service happen to me again I will be more vocally outspoken. More
