I almost really enjoy bringing my Nissan Sentra, for scheduled service and maintenance, to Napoli Nissan, in Milford, Connecticut! From the time I deliver my car for service and right up to the time I p scheduled service and maintenance, to Napoli Nissan, in Milford, Connecticut! From the time I deliver my car for service and right up to the time I pick my vehicle up, when the scheduled service is completed, Junior Sequi, my service advisor, and the entire Napoli Nissan service team, communicate with me often and provide me with sense of professionalism, satisfaction and security, that my vehicle will continue to operate at a very high level of efficiency and reliability. In all my years of auto ownership, none have come close to the ultimate enjoyment and satisfaction, that I have experienced with all my Nissan vehicles….none! Service dept was great but I would never recommend anyone to buy a Nissan! Brand new radio after 3-4 months of trying to fix mine still having issues with it ! Done with Nissan! At 63 years bought a new pathfinder and problems every month with no hop from the dealership. I had to use Uber for weeks and they cannot tell me what’s wrong with the car, but only that they changed the month with no hop from the dealership. I had to use Uber for weeks and they cannot tell me what’s wrong with the car, but only that they changed the catilitic converter the fuel pump and the injectors. Driving on the highway in Norwalk the car filled with fumes and the exhaust shoots out blue smoke and the dealership cannot tell me what went wrong??? That’s not right to me as a customer. This dealership sold me the car and they don’t care how you get around when they service it and don’t know what’s wrong with their cars. Horrible!! I will stick to my Toyota dealership. More
