I feel that Nate Razim is probably the best in his dept ! !!!! He arranged and made calls to have me picked up after repairs were completed. He treated me as though I was the only customer in the receiving !!!! He arranged and made calls to have me picked up after repairs were completed. He treated me as though I was the only customer in the receiving dept. where I brought my car !! Made me feel so special and made my day with his smile and his knowledge about my problem. Kudos to the service manager whom I approached after my routine oil/filter and other checks service was over, and I realized that I had forgotten to tell the service attendant that a wiper wasn't functioni routine oil/filter and other checks service was over, and I realized that I had forgotten to tell the service attendant that a wiper wasn't functioning properly. The service manager took me to the parts department while he removed and installed the new one without charge. I was surprised that the dealership doesn't give you a check-list of what they checked on your vehicle. Lastly, I think it was a good move to go back to allowing credit cards for payment. I was surprised that they weren't accepted several months ago when I last had my truck serviced there. Also, I made a point to tell the service attendant that I didn't want an "oil blend" when I changed my oil. A blend might make the dealer more money but it doesn't protect the engine as long or as well in my mind. Lastly, I like the parts department person (older guy, not certain if Scott) who helped me replace the broken wiper and answered my questions re RAM hub/tire costs. Thanks. More
