All the staff and sale team were very nice and helpful. I got the feeling they did everything they were allowed to do. But I felt I paid more than I should have to get the forever warranty. Had to pay sticker, not the advertised price on line. Also undercoating was $699 when Ziebart charges $399/$499. Depending if they went up into the doors for rustproofing. Still trying to figure out if that was done. I need to call them and ask. But got it because I have no way of getting it there myself and leaving it. So that was a help to me and worth the extra cost. Also it only had 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up and it was somewhat dirty. Several of my co-workers commented on that when I drove it to work later that day. All in all the experience was wonderful compared to my experience when I bought my 2005 Trailblazer in 2005 at the Gates used car lot down town South Bend. That was bad and I was very apprehensive about buying from Gates again. But hopefully this will all work out this time and I will be very happy with my RAV4 for years to come. More

The sales agent was kind and thorough. The finance manager was rude, condescending and pushy. I purchased a used car but was told it was gone through thoroughly. Feel like I could've been treated a little better... It is my first car purchase felt as though my car should've been cleaned inside/out especially leaving a $500 deposit to hold it (had the time to do so is my first car purchase felt as though my car should've been cleaned inside/out especially leaving a $500 deposit to hold it (had the time to do so over the weekend). Also was handed the keys with only a quarter tank of gas 😒. Realize I'm not buying their most valuable vehicles and probably had to do a little extra work getting the loan for me but felt unimportant... Update: Sent an apology email but didn't offer anything in compensation. Also two weeks later I find out they had the wrong address on all my paperwork, good thing I noticed it and called the lending bank and dealership to correct it. More
