Jeff Miller then took over and it was a painless trade in and purchase of our 2020 Tacoma. It did not come with the floor mats but Jeff and his manager decided to get them for us at no cost and we picked them up a couple days later. One big thing to us was that the color they had in stock was nice, but not exactly what we were looking for. They located the color we wanted and brought it into the dealership before we got there for the test drive. I would highly recommend Gates to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

The sedan needed to be reliable enough to put mom in and let her drive occasionally without concern, it needed to be low maintenance, and of course affordable. Mercedes and Sasha helped me find the car I was looking for and worked with me to answer all the questions I had which helped me to feel confident with my buying decision. they also made the in dealership experience relatively low stress and overall a pleasant experience.Jason made the finalization of the sale pain free and comfortable. Mercedes went out of her way to get the purchased vehicle into the shop to review and resolve two minor issues that we discovered during the test drive. She also agreed to deliver the sedan to my home.... This is a huge deal for someone that doesn’t have a second driver readily available to take me to the dealership to pick up the sedan after the service is complete. thank you Mercedes.... While I am not a big fan of Toyota vehicles, I will definitely look to do business with these folks again. More
