Initial experience was alright, the employees I worked with were very nice. However, within 30 days of purchase, I already have an engine issue that I scheduled service for and drove all the way to dealer with were very nice. However, within 30 days of purchase, I already have an engine issue that I scheduled service for and drove all the way to dealership just to be told that they don’t do warrantee service on weekends. It doesn’t necessarily surprised that I purchased a car that immediately had issues or that I’m paying additional money for a warranty that can’t be used on weekends when the majority of people are actually available, but then you continue to email asking if I recommend this dealership. So here you are: absolutely not ever. In fact, I’ve specifically not recommended this dealership to the people I know who are looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Generally good sales process. Finance person did not know that the car was Certified Pre Owned, therefore incorrectly described the warranty coverages that came with the car. Fina Finance person did not know that the car was Certified Pre Owned, therefore incorrectly described the warranty coverages that came with the car. Finance person presented extended coverage options in a confusing and spoke extremely rapidly while scribbling notes on a sheet of paper. When asked to slow down and present more complete explanations she got up and left the room. Another person resumed the explanation. Overall this process was unsatisfactory and designed to confuse. Sales people explained none of the electronics features of the car. Sales people explained none of the other features of the car. The car is a very complex machine costing $40,000. More

There were too many hands touching my purchase of a used car with cash. The process should have been as simple as my last experience with Chapman Honda in Tucson. At Showcase had to provide proof of cover car with cash. The process should have been as simple as my last experience with Chapman Honda in Tucson. At Showcase had to provide proof of coverage 3 times because they forgot to make a copy. Had to ask for return of my drivers license, When told the process would only be a few more minutes, it was 10-15 minutes. More
