Since I was scheduled to wait while the car was being worked on, they were able to accommodate the repairs needed.
The customer waiting area is quite comfortable, and well maintained. They offer a great selection of complimentary snacks, water, coffee, and tea.

I returned after the purchase of a 2024 4 runner with 2000 miles on it and asked for a clearer explanation of what I bought. Really wanted to sit down with someone who will have the patience, to explain it in detail but another gentleman tried to explain how I have a 74, 000 loan, we traded a Rav 4. I just need this in simpler terms and what it actually covers.
The best Employees in your company are Sam & Bob in the Maintenace. facility.
Clone them and give them a raise. They know what Customer Service is!
