Coastal Kia service dept appt went very well. I had a scheduled appt ... when i arrived, they took car of my car right away and told me everything that they were going to test for and how long it I had a scheduled appt ... when i arrived, they took car of my car right away and told me everything that they were going to test for and how long it would take. Exactly to the minute, they were finished, reported their findings and i was on my way. What a pleasant experience with a service dept! More

I was pleased that Coastal Kia was able to look my car over, and do a system check for issues on 2 different days just to confirm that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. They drove it and still co over, and do a system check for issues on 2 different days just to confirm that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. They drove it and still couldn't get the issue to mimic what I had experienced. I was nervous because I was driving it to Md the next day - the trip went well with no issues so I hope it was just a fluke with me! They were also kind enough to not charge me since they couldn't locate an issue! More
