They sold me a problematic vehicle and when I went back to change the vehicle they weren't cooperative. I went twice within a week and was given 2 different rates for the vehicle that just left their deale to change the vehicle they weren't cooperative. The entire process from calling for the appointment to leaving when finished was effortless. When I arrived i was greeted by an attendant that welcomed me and did preliminary processing. I then was directed to Matthew who took the time to listen to what my concerns were. I was then told I can either wait in the waiting room or come back as it would take about an hour. In about 45 minutes all of my concerns were addressed. Matthew explained in detail everything that was done to satisfy my concerns. He was very knowledgeable and patient.
