They sold me a problematic vehicle and when I went back to change the vehicle they weren't cooperative. I went twice within a week and was given 2 different rates for the vehicle that just left their deale to change the vehicle they weren't cooperative. I went twice within a week and was given 2 different rates for the vehicle that just left their dealership. I could only note a problem after experiencing the problem. I couldn't have brought it to their attention beforehand. I've come to realize that Kings Infinti, is the worst Infinti location in NYC. I know better now. More

The entire process from calling for the appointment to leaving when finished was effortless. When I arrived i was greeted by an attendant that welcomed me and did preliminary processing. He was very co leaving when finished was effortless. When I arrived i was greeted by an attendant that welcomed me and did preliminary processing. He was very courteous and professional. I then was directed to Matthew who took the time to listen to what my concerns were. I was then told I can either wait in the waiting room or come back as it would take about an hour. In about 45 minutes all of my concerns were addressed. Matthew explained in detail everything that was done to satisfy my concerns. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing their infinity serviced and being confident it will be taken care of properly More

American Greed I received my car in a condition worse, than I brought it to the shop. I have to take it to a professional mechanic for the repairs, after I paid almost $3 000 to Kings Infinity. They made than I brought it to the shop. I have to take it to a professional mechanic for the repairs, after I paid almost $3 000 to Kings Infinity. They made a steering wheel loose and the car is pulling to the right like crazy. No wheel alignment was done, in spite of my request. They charged me for tires replacement which was caused by defected wheel bearings and should be covered by warranty. I was their loyal customer for mor than 10 years, I never had any problems before. With a new manager JOHN RUSSO, the quality and good reputation went down the toilet. Sloppy job, cut corners, complete neglect of their duties, misleading customers, inflating charges. Ripping off seniors, women and kids is their slogan. More
